Half works

Ughhhhhh seriously when it works its great but now I need the add in to watch previously recorded classes and of course theres no mobile add in so I have to get on my big computer !!! If I have to use my computer why do I need you Apple????

Didnt work

Prompted me to download the app after I had already downloaded the app, even when I pasted the URL directly into the app.

It tries to open the meeting up in a browser, but is unable to.

Doesnt work

Tried to watch one of Adobes own online conferences with this and couldnt launch the app from the site. Told me the link was invalid when I tried that. If it doesnt work for Adobes content, I certainly dont trust it to work for mine.

This worked perfect until I upgraded to the iPhone 7 Plus now it wont open from the link that I get sent from Facebook

5 star before but now 2 for tech support

I cannot get any help on the issue I have using my iPad. Was working great and now I keep getting the error download the add-in and it doesnt work on my iPad. I cannot find an answer or help why.

I dont get it

I opened my email, hit the link and it redirects me to an adobe page that says "you must have flash". So thinking this was my solution, I downloaded the app, cut and pasted the link into the app and hit enter, thinking all will be good in the world now... And it redirected me to the same "you need flash" landing page. So whats the point of the app? I seriously dont get it.

A real problem with the update

I get no audio prompt so I cannot listen/speak. I see no improvements over the last version that worked only okay. But at least it worked. This one is useless. please correct ASAP. The only update I see is a new icon - squares instead of people.

Does this thing work?

Does not recognize you have app installed. Cannot copy and paste URL in place for URL ?!? Can anyone explain how this is supposed to work. I have to assume an employee tested this before release.

With this new update, I cant attend my live lessons on my phone anymore. It doesnt recognize the app on my phone and sending me to the same page with nothing happening. It was better before! Fix it! This app has no use to it, so many problems with it!

Adobe connect is not mobile.

Garbage. Worthless. Says "content not supported" in the meetings I try to attend. Whats the point? Just accept Adobe Connect is not mobile. Anything indicating otherwise is VERY misleading.

No Full Screen Video!!

The app works for me just fine except for one major problem - the video wont go to full screen. It is a tiny postage stamp. If you are watching something like a yoga class, forget it. The sad thing is, this is a known bug for Adobe - they wrote about it on their blog on April 1, 2015! Since then, they have offered a major update to support iOS 9 but neglected to fix this basic problem. Get it together, guys!

Horrible

I deeply hope our company stops using Adobe Connect. This version doesnt work at all. I hope Adobe kills this abominable product.

Didnt help me

I was hoping since this was the mobile app made for iPhone that it would allow me to view my webinar, but it gave me an error message for unsupported flash. I would think it would convert the video to a format supported by Apple devices. Disappointed.

Finally found the worst app in he world

Getting this stuff right is not a tall order, or too much to ask. Like other reviewers before me, I cannot help but lament over the pitiful product Adobe has put out. Their web site cannot launch their own client. Their error messages are useless and their experience is unfriendly. If only I could get the last 30 mins of my life back. For all the companies who use this crappy product to conduct webinars, BEWARE. You are endlessly frustrating your customers. There are many, many, many other alternatives. Use one of those. Please.
