Finally found the worst app in he world

Getting this stuff right is not a tall order, or too much to ask.

Like other reviewers before me, I cannot help but lament over the pitiful product Adobe has put out.

Their web site cannot launch their own client. Their error messages are useless and their experience is unfriendly. If only I could get the last 30 mins of my life back.

For all the companies who use this crappy product to conduct webinars, BEWARE. You are endlessly frustrating your customers. There are many, many, many other alternatives. Use one of those. Please.
